- UK hosted. Your data, backups and AI processing stay in the UK, on Microsoft Azure.
- Certified. The platform and its hosting are covered by ISO/IEC 27001 certification held by our platform provider. The certificate is available under NDA.
- Kept separate. Your data sits in its own database and storage, never shared with other customers.
- Encrypted. In transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256).
- Secure sign-in. Multi-factor authentication for every user, with single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID available.
- Not used for training. Your data is never used to train AI models.
- Deleted when we part. Within 90 days of your contract ending, with written confirmation.
Our sub-processor list, test summaries and data processing agreement are available on request. Raise a ticket and we'll send them over.
