What to include in your ticket

Created by Daniel Glynn, Modified on Fri, 16 Oct at 1:12 PM by Daniel Glynn

The more we know up front, the quicker we can fix it. When you raise a ticket, please include:

  • What happened, what you expected to happen, and any error message or screenshot
  • Declaration or MRN references, consignments and EORIs affected
  • How many users or consignments are affected
  • Any deadline at stake, for example goods waiting at the port

If you're raising it through the portal, choose what's affected and how it's affecting you. This sets the priority so the right person picks it up straight away.

Please don't include passwords or login details in a ticket. We'll never ask for them.
